Very satisfied with our purchase, will buy again, thanks!

I think I have written 2 maybe 3 bad reviews in my life. I find them to be a waste of time. For this experience I will warn the future purchaser. They like to do the bait and switch, all literature explaining product and then give you something else. On all their ads it read 1 was the MOQ and 500ml was the size of the cup. Then it turns out 1 was not the MOQ so I canceled the order for them. I really wanted the cup and they said the MOQ was 36 at a higher price than advertised, so I agreed, keeping in mind this cup is 500 ml I felt I could still make the best of this on my end. When I recieved the cup they were 230ml half the cup I purchased. When I contacted them to explain the mistake with 2 possible solutions. They wanted nothing to do with it. There mistakes were made into my mistakes and a heavy guilt trip layed on me if I proceeded to rectify what was fair that this person would literally be fired. The most unprofessional vendor I have done business with, not trustworthy
